Do my customers really use AI to find businesses?
More and more. Especially for bigger jobs, people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or the AI answers in Google Search for recommendations. The quick check shows you what appears there about your business.
I rank well on Google. Isn’t that enough?
Not necessarily. AI chooses by its own rules and sometimes names the business in fourth place because its information is clearer. Good Google work is a strong foundation, but it doesn’t guarantee an AI recommendation.
Where does AI get wrong information about me?
Usually from outdated directory listings, old review sites, map services or an unclear website. We find those sources and fix them there, because that’s the only way the error goes away for good.
How much work is it for me?
Very little: a 30-minute call to start, granting access to your listings and website once, then approving changes by email. We handle everything else.
When will I see results?
You get the check results after five working days. The first fixes are live after about 14 days. How quickly AI systems pick up the new information varies. That’s why we measure again after 30 days, then monthly.
Do I need a new website?
